Final Step: Attach a Poetry Submission:
Please upload 1 poem as a .pdf file (Word Docs also accepted) as part of your application (single spaced, Calibri or other standard font). The poem(s) can be previously published or unpublished (poem submission is only for the purposes of the application and will not be published or made publicly available). We have no preference for style, subject matter, or form. We are excited to read your work!

NOTE: If accepted, you will have an opportunity to send over a final version of your poetry for the actual workshop. Final version of poetry submitted for Workshop does NOT need to include poetry submitted as part of the application.

Please review your completed application before hitting the submit button. Once you've submitted this form, changes cannot be made. Only one submission per person is permitted per application cycle. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address shortly (may take a few minutes) after submission. Additional submissions will not be considered.

We ask that you do not inquire about the status of your submission. If changes occur between the time of submission and PITW team decision (e.g., membership status), you will be able to make those changes after a decision email is received.
